Just a quick email to thank you so much for all of your flexibility with all of the changes with our bookings. We truly felt badly to have so many changes and often at the very last minute. You and Toucan Limousine have been remarkably professional and patient with all of these requests and changes. We really appreciated your quick responses and service overall. Alberro (?) our driver from La Fortuna to Los Suenos was able to provide us with plenty of information about CR and we really appreciated the crocodile stop. He had more energy than we did even with all of hours of long driving! Costa Rica is an absolutely beautiful country that I cannot wait to return to. What an amazing trip - we saw so much and had so many great experiences. We certainly plan to return.

Dear Rocio, Luis and all at Tucan Limo,On behalf of Manuel, Lucca, and myself, we wanted to thank you for the wonderful and gracious service that you had given us on our very first trip to Costa Rica. We are only sorry that we didn't get to thank you sooner. As soon as we returned to the U.S., we had to go to work immediately, and our lives were so busy again with our day to day activities of work and school. But our memories of Costa Rica were still fresh in our heads, and we still think of our short time in your country very fondly. Lucca even gave a presentation of Costa Rica to his 1st grade classmates. He showed them pictures of all the animals that he saw in Costa Rica.

Hi Luis! Just wanted to thank you again for the great ride from San Jose to Arenal! It was so nice of you to stop and show us the sights along the way (esp the cheese!!) and your advice on the rental car was great. We were so glad we did that as it gave us so much freedom in getting around. We did have a bit of trouble getting back to San Jose because the road was closed and we left too late so it got dark after we were rerouted to who knows where!! It was NOT a good trip but we should have left Tamarindo earlier. But it all worked out and we had a great vacation in your beautiful country! Thanks again. I will recommend your services to anyone I know visiting Costa Rica. Who knows, our daughter may be contacting you on her next visit about the yoga!! Thanks again! Mark, Linda, and Haley Harrison

Re: goodbye costa rica-thoughts on monteverde and manuel antonio road advisor's cars were comfortable and safe and there were absolutely no issues whatsoever. not to have to worry about our major transportations was so nice. also, he was saving us a night near the airport and giving us extra time in monteverde because he was there to get us from the airport on our schedule, and drove us in pouring rain up the mountain. no way we could have done that at night. roadadvisor was so kind to us, in a place where we didn't know anyone, he welcomed us with open arms. he communicated with our hotel to make sure they knew about our late check in. he made sure our reservations were solid before he drove off, with every hotel he took us to. we think he rules. just an honest opinion from a recent client. i'm as opinionated as it comes and i will love things or pick them apart with criticisms. road advisor gets a perfect 10 on this one.

I will definitely recommend your service to others.More importantly, thank you for your quick responses every time I emailed or called. It seemed that you were ALWAYS available, and I am so grateful for your responsiveness. When our flight and arrival to CR was delayed by 6 hours, I was in a panic. But of course, you answered my call immediately and changed our arrival information without hesitation. You really put our minds at ease and were so easy to deal with. I sincerely hope that we can return to Costa Rica again in the not too distant future and I will be certain to call you for transportation!
